Assurance Specialist /Compliance

We are seeking an Assurance Specialist /Compliance to support the Assurance Team Leader and Global Assurance Manager to assess the effectiveness of key 2LoD controls under the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

Requirements

• Assess the design adequacy and operational effectiveness of AML and 2LoD controls to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
• Perform sample testing to challenge existing processes, identify improvements, and recommend solutions to enhance control efficiency.
• Stay informed about regulatory, procedural, and product changes, integrating relevant updates into the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sample tests to identify areas for improvement.
