Compliance Officer - Testing und Monitoring (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Compliance Officer - Testing and Monitoring to join our team at AXA Konzern AG in Cologne. The role involves developing and implementing compliance plans, conducting compliance checks and monitoring, and coordinating compliance risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other compliance-related software
• Fluency in English and German languages
• Willingness to travel for training and meetings
