Wingspan Care Group is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to assist with employee relations, compliance, and engagement processes across the Agency affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Human Resources, with 2-3 years of experience in employee relations, including conducting workplace investigations and detailed performance management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Professional HR certification such as PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources, with 2-3 years of experience in employee relations, including conducting workplace investigations and detailed performance management.
