Job Description
Wingspan Care Group is a nonprofit administrative and management organization seeking a Controller to oversee their accounting and financial reporting. The role involves maintaining and improving financial systems, overseeing budgets, and working with auditors and funders, in addition to reviewing and approving financial documents. The company aims to improve sustainability for partner agencies by streamlining operations and eliminating redundancies.
Requirements
- Maintain and continuously improve fiscal reporting systems.
- Review, recommend, and approve treasury account transfers.
- Oversee the development and preparation of operating and capital budgets and long-range financial forecasting.
- Manage the development of departmental staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Assist the Director of Revenue Cycle in integration and reporting of revenue transactions.
