Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Wing is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team based onsite in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and highly disciplined person who enjoys working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
• Industrial experience in Electro-Mechanical assemblies, injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, mechanical assembly, testing and PCBA SMT
• Understanding GD&T, tolerance stack up and design
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams and leadership team
• Strong manufacturing background in developing robust and repeatable processes to scale new products
• Experience with application of standards such as AS9100, ISO9001, TS16949, IPC-A-610
• Expert in driving engineering requirements, and continuous quality improvement at vendors and contract manufacturers
• Statistical SW usage experience like Minitab, JMP, Statistica, R, Python etc.
• Lean Six Sigma experience; prefer a Six Sigma Black Belt
• Understanding of PPAP, APQP, GD&T, GRR, Cpk/Ppk, Control Charts
