Manufacturing Operations Manager

Wing is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of hardware activities through our manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate has a passion for making an impact in a fast-paced environment and the ability to deliver results as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in product development and/or manufacturing operations
• Experience working on capability enhancement, capacity management, scaling up or down based on business needs
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and traceability requirements for high reliability industries
• Program Management Experience with a proven track record of successful implementation in a matrix organization working with quality, process and test teams
• Experience with continuous improvement to minimize product costs
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-15%
