Job Description
Allegro at Jack London Square is seeking an Apartment Service Technician II to maintain the property and provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time position in a mid-rise community with weekend work requirements, offering a housing discount and competitive compensation. The role involves general maintenance, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- EPA Type II preferred
