Apartment Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Windsor West Lemmon in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry, and will be available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience and ability using smart devices and property management software
• EPA Type II certification preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
