Apartment Maintenance Technician II

The Monterey by Windsor is a mid-rise style apartment community seeking a Service Technician II. The successful candidate will have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry, and be available for a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience and ability using smart devices and property management software
