Job Description
Williams Parker, a leading law firm in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the firm and enhance its success. This executive role will partner closely with Management Committee and Section Chairs to align strategic initiatives with operational excellence, team motivation, and client service. The COO will oversee accounting, human resources, information technology, and other teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Strategic Planning - Partner with firm leadership to create and implement section and firm-wide initiatives.
- Fiscal Responsibility - Oversee the accounting function and ensure fiscal health.
- Human Resources - Collaborate with the HR Director to foster a collegial, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
- Information Technology - Support innovation and maintain secure systems.
- Marketing & Business Development - Steward the firm’s branding and client development efforts.
- Legal Research - Coordinate with the Librarian for online research.
