Job Description
The Lead Instructor is responsible for overseeing classes, ensuring effective curriculum delivery, and providing personalized instruction to clients in areas such as personal hygiene, social skills, and pre-vocational development. This role involves monitoring data, assisting with client assessments, and maintaining accurate records. The lead instructor will also assist with daily living activities and provide support in various client scenarios.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience supporting adults with intellectual developmental disabilities preferred.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Arkansas Driver’s License.
- Ability to keep accurate records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and helpful with instructions.
- Ability to quickly respond to the needs of participants.
