Job Description
The Front Desk Receptionist supports daily office operations by performing clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing visitor registration, and maintaining data security. They are the first point of contact for clients and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements
- Attentive to individuals entering and exiting buildings.
- First point of contact for clients, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain accurate attendance logs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good math skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and stoop, bend, and stretch.
