Job Description
This Senior Program Manager-R&D role within the Medical Device division focuses on leading and managing large-scale product development projects. The position involves program leadership, project planning, execution, execution control, budget management, and communication with stakeholders. It requires a strong technical background and the ability to provide direct supervision to team leaders. The organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to drive successful development programs and achieve business results.
Requirements
- BS in STEM or management discipline of MS/MBA
- At least 10 years of experience
- At least 5 years of technical leadership experience (Project Coordination or Project Management)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of product lifecycle
