Job Description
This IT Solutions Implementation Engineer role focuses on successfully implementing Werfen's data management solution(s) for new and existing customers. The position involves detailed technical implementation, ensuring product functionality and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with IT teams and the IT Solutions Architect is essential.
Requirements
- Collaborate with IT Solutions Architects and stakeholders
- Design professional project plans utilizing IL products and solutions
- Manage expectations and mitigate risks
- Perform troubleshooting and ensure functional IT solutions
