Job Description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a dynamic IT Implementation Engineer to join their IT Implementation team, focused on seamless IT operations and IT special projects. This role involves leading and managing IT projects related to acquisitions, relocations, mergers, and home office initiatives. The engineer will report to the IT Manager and contribute to the technological efficiency of IT operations within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field or equivalent.
- 4+ years of IT support experience.
- Proficiency with project management software (Smartsheet).
- Strong understanding of optometry medical device integrations.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work within an office environment.
- Strong technical skills with hardware/software.
