Job Description
Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) - lead high-volume creative testing at scale, run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns, and build and test sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies and audience architectures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in DTC (subscription apps a big plus)
- Deep hands-on knowledge of all Google Ads campaign types, with expertise in Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube
- Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing at scale
- Strong grasp of visual creative formats and what makes high-performing creatives that win at scale
- Expert command of bid strategies and audience strategy
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
