Job Description
Welltech is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to launch and scale mobile performance campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Snap, targeting Health and Fitness audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2C User Acquisition
- Proven experience managing or contributing to 7-figure monthly Paid Social budgets
- Strong background in mobile performance marketing and Web2App funnels
- Solid understanding of attribution modeling
- Experience with AppsFlyer / Adjust and BI tools such as Tableau / Looker
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency and structured reporting experience
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance performance marketing workflows
