Manager Human Resources

This full-time position is for a highly experienced HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance, and driving initiatives for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention. A manufacturing background is preferred.

Requirements

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth functioning across all HR processes.
• Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Fluency in Telugu (for Hyderabad) or basic Japanese (for Ahmedabad) is mandatory.
