Weeks' is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize complex omnichannel contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SIP, IP Telephony, and Cloud Architect Flow Design, with a focus on seamless customer experiences. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in contact center engineering or telephony development
- 3-5 years focused on Genesys Cloud CX
- In-depth knowledge of Genesys Cloud Edge Devices, SIP Trunking, and IP Telephony
- Experience with SIP trace analysis and call flow debugging
- Expertise in REST API / Web Services integration and scripting
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect Flow design and troubleshooting
- Certifications in Genesys Cloud Developer or Professional (GCD or GCP)
