As an AR Manager, you will lead a rapidly growing team of billing department reps, develop policies and procedures, and monitor team performance. You will also be responsible for revenue cycle management, resolving Member issues, and managing department budgets.
Requirements
- 10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
- 7 years of progressive Leadership responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Medium to large billing team management experience required (50+ FTE’s)
- Knowledgeable in Federal and State regulations in regards to electronic health records
- Strong Leadership ability
- Willing to prove themselves in a merit based culture
- Hands-on experience with billing software, preferably AdvanceMD
- Scaling process experience
- In depth understanding of patient billing and HIMS (American Health Information Management Association) processes
- Comfortable with web tools and general technology components
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to a broad variety of stakeholders
