Job Description
MassMutual India is seeking a Lead, Technology Operations to oversee and evolve global TWS Maestro Admin operations, ensuring high availability, automation, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 8-10 years in TWS/Maestro administration
- Professional degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Expertise in TWS/HWA (versions 9.x & 10.x, DWC) administration and scheduling
- Advanced scripting (PowerShell, Python, UNIX shell; Perl preferred)
- Experience with cloud-native scheduling and hybrid environments (AWS/Azure)
- Proven leadership in matrixed, multi-vendor environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills
