The Systems Network Engineer Tier 3 is a Senior Technical Engineer that will execute technical tasks and deliverables associated with customer projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a Systems/Network Engineer role, leading and managing projects.
- Strong professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal skills to communicate with customer stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of quality assurance measures to apply on deliverables.
- Able to follow established guidelines and standards to ensure high quality outcomes.
- History of thorough technical documentation writing.
- Good knowledge of Autotask, the repository for all project-related documentation.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Love to learn to stay on top of industry trends, tools and best practices.
