Job Description
The Tier 3 Systems & Network Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for executing complex infrastructure and networking projects across client environments. This role partners closely with Project Management to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions that meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Systems or Network Engineer with project execution responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing technical project work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience applying quality assurance standards to technical deliverables.
- Proven history of producing detailed and structured technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of Autotask or comparable PSA platform.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Continuous learner with commitment to staying current on emerging technologies and best practices.
