Wealthsimple is looking for a Client Success Manager to join their team to help scale and grow their business. The role will involve managing client relationships, providing support, and driving industry-leading employee plan adoption rates.
Requirements
- Can provide best in class Client relationships, matching problem solving skills with a deep Client empathy
- Ability to adjust communications and support to different audiences and their needs
- Superior time management, task prioritization, organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual – fluent in both writing and speaking in French
- Experience in Group Savings & Retirement / Pension industry
