Job Description
Waymo is seeking a Claim Subrogation Specialist to shape the future of claims handling in an autonomous world. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of insurance claim experience, preferably in Auto and GL, with experience working on claim projects and creating and documenting claim processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of insurance claim experience
- Experience working on claim projects and creating and documenting claim processes
- Experience with subrogation operations, including physical damage and bodily injury claims
- Background in vehicle repair estimation and systems that support such efforts (like CCC, Mitchel, Audatex, etc.)
- Advanced communication skills to build consensus across areas of influence (external and/or internal relationships), team, and/or matrix environment
- Ability to manage a large inventory of claims and keep SLAs
