Job Description
Pie is seeking a Claims Adjuster - Subrogation to manage a caseload of subrogation claims, impacting claim cost containment and recovery goals. The role involves claim analysis, negotiation, and collaboration with stakeholders to optimize outcomes. The company focuses on providing affordable and easy commercial insurance.
Requirements
- Conduct additional investigation, including securing newly developed evidence.
- Determine the amount of potential subrogation recovery.
- Negotiate worker’s compensation and commercial auto subrogation claims.
- Maintain proactive and collaborative contact with insureds, claimants, and adverse third parties.
- Ensure compliance with state specific regulations when issuing subrogation notices.
