Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage a large portfolio of existing customers, with a focus on upselling, renewals, reducing churn, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, fluency in English and German, and a self-driven, proactive mindset.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Fluent English & German (spoken and written)
- Self-driven, proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting (a plus)
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads (nice to have)
