The manager will supervise staff, manage resources, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of household operations (maintenance, budgeting, transportation).
• Ensure safe, person-centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Directly supervise an Assistant Program Manager.
• Ensure appropriate staffing schedules.
• Monitor daily operations and documentation.
