The agency offers a range of services including prevention and wellness, assessment and stabilization, and 24/7 emergency response, with a person-centered approach that prioritizes self-determination and recovery for all individuals regardless of background.

Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or psychology. Equivalent of 2 years early childhood experience. Experience working with emotionally challenged children preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field, valid driver's license, ability to establish trusting relationships

High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in behavioral health, education, or residential programs, ability to learn crisis management techniques

Must be at least 21 years old and willing to complete background checks and a home study

Bachelor's Degree in human services, education, or psychology and equivalent of 2 years early childhood experience. Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs

High school diploma or equivalent, clean driving record, and valid driver's license required

Master’s degree or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, with 1 year experience as a Behavioral Interventionist and the ability to lift 50 pounds

High school diploma, lived experience with mental health issues, and ability to communicate effectively

Must have high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and lived experience with mental illness or substance use
