We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to coordinate and ensure timely outbound shipment of our spare part deliveries. The role involves direct contact with forwarders, creating export and transport documents, and assisting drivers with cargo manifests.
Requirements
- Commercial education (BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, logistics and transportation
- Previous experience in using SAP and Transport Management Systems
- Proven experience in delivery and export documentation roles
- Logistical background and broad experience in similar tasks
- Previous experience in handling logistics for Hazardous materials
- Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic and international work environment
- Excellent communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work; open & willing to adapt to change (tasks are rotated within the team)
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
