We are looking for a dynamic and safety-focused Workshop Manager Reconditioning to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop and lead a team of skilled technicians.

Requirements

• Profound technical knowledge of reconditioning processes (machining, welding, metal spraying, etc.) of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine components and service activities for these components
• Experience in leading positions in a Services' delivery environment
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of local requirements from both legal and business perspectives
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively
• Strong commercial drive with knowledge of the market conditions and customer needs
