Job Description
Ware Malcomb is a growth-oriented design firm seeking a Senior Project Manager for architecture projects. The role involves leading internal and external teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project success through all phases. This position focuses on delivering innovative designs and client service in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing ground up commercial architecture projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed Architect or in the licensure process preferred
- AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of building codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
