Job Description
Ware Malcomb is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects to diverse clients. The role involves managing projects from conceptual through construction services, ensuring project success through budget adherence, client service, and team coordination. Ware Malcomb is a collaborative, growth-oriented design firm committed to pushing boundaries and innovation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Architecture
- Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, and/or retail project experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of building codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
