Structural Steel Detailer (SDS2)

Walters Group is a family-owned steel construction company seeking an experienced Structural Steel Detailer to lead the testing, configuration, and implementation of SDS2. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of steel fabrication, connection detailing, and industry standards, as well as excellent communication, organization, and leadership potential.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using SDS2 for structural steel detailing
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, connection detailing, and industry standards
• Experience with NC file generation and CNC fabrication processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership potential
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting with engineering, production, and VDC teams
