Job Description
As a Realty Project Coach for Walmart, you will own store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role involves supervising team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store associates to keep the project on track. It offers the opportunity to travel and work overnight shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
- 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
- Master's degree in Business or related field
