As a Realty Project Coach, you'll lead store remodels, supervise team members, and collaborate with store associates to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires frequent travel and a strong understanding of construction remodels, project management, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
- Project Management - Management Professional Certification
