Job Description
Reown is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team and shape the support function for Reown AppKit and WalletConnect Pay. The role involves providing high-quality support to paying customers, building expertise in Reown AppKit and WalletConnect Pay, and escalating bugs and technical issues to engineering.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of ownership and success in fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with developer workflows and blockchain concepts
