Professional Skills Instructor (Part-Time/Contract)

Wall Street Prep is seeking a professional skills instructor to deliver high-impact training sessions to finance professionals and students. This role focuses on strengthening communication, leadership, and client engagement skills, with a focus on client-facing interactions and strategic partnership building. Instructors will facilitate engaging workshops and tailor content to specific client needs.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate or investment banking, ideally in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of CIB product offerings (lending, capital markets, M&A, cash management).
• Demonstrated experience in learning & development, corporate communications, or professional coaching.
• Energetic facilitation style with a passion for teaching.
• Strong command of core professional skills (communication, leadership, presentation, influence, personal brand).
• Commitment to facilitating a minimum of 15 training days annually.
