Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or elite boutique firm
- Minimum 2+ years of private equity experience, with a focus on or significant exposure to secondaries
- MBA from a top business school preferred but not required
- Strong accounting, financial modeling, and Excel expertise
- In-depth knowledge of private equity structures, particularly in the secondaries market
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing
