Supervisor Operations

Are you a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented approach? We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage and coach team leaders in safety, hospitality, and capacity. As a hands-on leader, you'll work on the shop floor, ensuring high safety and service levels. You'll guide team leaders in their development, receive and give feedback, and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements

• MBO + / HBO work and thinking level
• Flexible attitude regarding working hours, working days, and work
• Good spoken knowledge of Dutch and English
• Own transport, preferably a maximum travel time of 45 minutes
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and stress resistance
• Leadership experience and knowledge in the field of selecting, motivating, planning, and managing employees
• Possession of a BHV diploma or motivated to obtain one
• Experience in a service-oriented environment is a plus
