Job Description
Join Tereos Aalst as a Maintenance Supervisor and be a key figure in the Maintenance department, ensuring continuity, safety, and efficiency of technical operations. Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, improve work processes, and motivate and develop your team to achieve goals.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in electromechanics or a related field
- People management skills
- Relevant experience (minimum 5 years)
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of MS Office
