Shift Lead

Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting with customer issues, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. They also assist with store operations, including pricing, bookkeeping, and exterior and interior maintenance.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
