Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting with customer transactions, and ensuring the store is properly maintained. They also assist with inventory management, bookkeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
