Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. They must also provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, and assist with bookkeeping activities.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
