Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. They must engage with customers, resolve issues, and model customer service best practices. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, pricing, and bookkeeping activities.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
