Job Description
The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience. They also assist with operations, inventory management, and customer service.
Requirements
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
- Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
