Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. They also model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, and assist with store operations and maintenance.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
