Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must also maintain accurate inventory counts, perform bookkeeping activities, and ensure compliance with state and local laws.

Requirements

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
