Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, completing product returns, providing customer service, and maintaining inventory counts. They also assist with bookkeeping activities, exterior and interior maintenance, and compliance with state and local laws.

Requirements

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
