Shift Lead

Shift Lead responsible for opening and closing the store, managing customer experience, and performing various operational tasks. Assists with inventory management, cash handling, and employee supervision.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred)
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license (depending on state)
